Sorry for the delay in this post. We have been feeling a little under the weather here, but getting better every day. Easter was a lot of fun! The girls loved getting their surprises from the Easter Bunny and sang "Thank you Easter Bunny." in a chorus. We were so proud that when we asked them what Easter was all about they said "God." They don't totally understand yet, but at least they have the idea.
Here are some pictures from our day, and the days leading up to Easter.

"Look!"
Thank you Grandma and Grandpa
She's already eating the ears first...no instructions needed.
Trying to get a good picture of the girls in their Easter dresses.
Still trying...
And still trying.

Gearing up for Easter
The girls have a new love for the Easter Bunny this year. While we have never gone to see him, they love to talk about him. I must say that they look at us like we are crazy when we mention him coming to the house...guess it sounds a little far-fetched to them.
The weather has been typical CO springtime weather. We have snow one day, 70 degrees the next, a few drops of rain...but we have found plenty of time to play outside and have fun.
We went on an Easter egg hunt this past weekend. I was shocked that every egg was filled with candy. Guess it is definately the most cost effective way to give all the kids surprises. Thank God we have some amazingly well-behaved children who did not dig into their candy immediately and did not hide any for later, secret consumption (unless they are even more talented at getting over on us than we realize :))
Sisterly Love
India and Jordyn, checking out their bounty after the egg hunt.
India rode her bike for the first time! What a difference a year makes...last year she was too scared to even sit on her bike.
Jordyn on the scooter. This is a nice action shot of her falling. No tears though!
At the playground.
Jordyn climbed up and went down the "big slide."
India too. After the first few times she didn't even want a hand to hold.

India's Birthday Party
Thursday morning our house was transformed into a sea of princesses, balloons, music, and kids. India chose a Cinderella theme for her fourth birthday.
The Cinderella Birthday Cake
The party was scheduled for our local park, but with 20-40 mph winds that day we had to transform the house into a "princess dance party" last minute.
"When is the party going to start???"
India first sees the "party room"
Hitting balloons with Tisa (who watches the girls while we are at work)
More party fun
India chose a menu of pizza and cheetos
There were no complaints.
The menu was enjoyed by all
Present time, India had lots of help
Daddy reads the cards to India
Alas, it was a fabulous party. Still no naps that day, but much laughter and singing.
Wish you were here!

Spring Break
This week has been busy, fun, adventurous, celebitory, and awesome! We got all of the standard "must-do's" out of the way....dentist, doctor, pictures, zoo. And since India's birthday fell in the middle of this week we had a few days of celebration.
Here are some random pictures of us having fun.
Sunday - Sidewalk Chalk
Monday - Snow
India opening her birthday presents
Excited about her Supergirl blanket
India and Daddy resting
Jordyn playing the drums with the Superman outfit on :)
Jordyn climbed into Cenika's bed during nap. There wasn't much sleeping.
India was content to lay in her bed with her pig, dog, and baby
